I went to Shaka last week and was happy to see they had more than one vegetarian option. I, like the hum-drum that I am, ordered the veggie taco and really enjoyed it. It came served with corn tortilla chips, a yummy salsa, and the burrito tasted very fresh. The ambiance was really unique. It made me smile just being there. I was surprised how affordable it was considering how swanky the other restaurants. I'll definitely go there again next time I hit up Long Branch. :-) Adrian T.

Tonight, we were on the quest for a quick meal for the kids after the day at the beach. I dreaded giving my kids pizza once again, so we were thrilled to see a healthy option in Pier Village. Thanks so much for a delicious meal - no heartburn included - and my kids ate a great meal without me feeling guilty! Loved the rice bowl. Yummy. PAM B.

...on the way back home we stopped at Shaka in Long Branch, NJ - hands-down the best Mexican food I've ever eaten - and they have bamboo surfboards for tables and a washer and dryer for the trash cans. Definitely a memorable restaurant! Katie

I want to say "Thank You" for creating a fast food restaurant with healthy body nourishing food that I can eat. I have a rare blood disease and cannot have nitrates and sulfites because my body will swell uncontrollably. Thank you so much. My children and my husband also enjoyed the food. You guys are truly a Godsend !!!
